ME also provides training packages that are modified to match our customers' level of technical expertise and how they plan to use the ME solution. Training spans simple interactive use, automated scripting basics, system administration, and advanced product customization.
At a high level, Mobile Experience offers 3 levels of support for our solutions. Our sales and support staff work with customers to define the best package for the solution being purchased, balancing needs versus costs.
